Each Smitn coaching engagement is unique to you and the outcomes you want to create.
We take inventory of your strengths, resources, stakeholders, and experiences. Then, we work with you each week to make sure you’re making progress and staying accountable to the goals you’ve set. We can’t guarantee outcomes, but we’re confident you’ll grow into a calmer, more confident, and courageous leader during the process.

Coaching, by nature, pushes you out of your comfort zone. But, it should never go further than you want it to. We will always listen to you and respect your boundaries. We make recommendations. You make decisions.

This is YOUR coaching. We will never speak about you or what you share with anyone who could identify you without your permission. Never with your company or with your colleagues. And never for marketing purposes.

You're already hard enough on yourself. We won't add to that. We'll show you compassion and help you develop more compassion for yourself.
The Signature Package
All new clients begin with our six-month signature package. The package includes:
- Weekly one-hour coaching sessions
- A dedicated day and time for each session
- Flexibility to reschedule with 24-hour notice
- Email and text support between appointments
The time investment is six months. Pricing starts at $10,000 USD. A consultation is required.

A note about your consultation.
Your consultation is an opportunity for you to get to know your coach and for your coach to learn more about you. Here’s what you can expect:
- You'll share what brought you to the call and anything else you want us to know.
- Nicole will ask follow-up questions and then share her perspective on how we can help you.
- You'll have an opportunity to ask any questions you have, and if it's a good match, we'll invite you to take the next steps.
- There's no pressure and no commitment required for a consult.
- We simply want to meet you, learn more about you, and share how we and help you.
